Boxes will take 3/5 working days to arrive after dispatch but please allow 7 days before contacting me as there has been delays with all postage services.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels once they have left us. Please be mindful that when items are posted that they are temperature sensitive, so we suggest that you get items delivered to you directly. We will always send parcels with a signature request for delivery.
